If not properly cared for raw brass can tarnish. Avoid or limit exposure to water and oils as much as possible. If your brass begins to look tarnished or show signs of wear, no problem! Just dip a Q-tip in pure lemon juice and slightly buff the brass fixings. If your brass begins to loose its shine, buff it with a bit of olive oil, good as new!
All styles are created to be friendly for those with stretched lobes. The hooks are easily bendable to fit closer to your lobe.
If you have a metal sensitivity, feel free to reach out to me directly and I am happy to substitute the Gold Plated Brass ear wire and jump rings with Sterling Silver.

Processing time is about 5 -10 business days, and packages are shipped Monday - Friday. ( not including federal or bank holidays )
Cancellations, Exchanges, + Damages
I unfortunately do not do cancelations or exchanges due to Covid-19.
All sales are final especially due to the one-of-a-kind nature of my business and that many of the orders are processed immediately.

If the USPS mishandles your package and the product is damages, please send me an email with picture and I will provide a return label or and fix your product or just send you another. In this event, you have 10 days to return the product.
